Once I think my driving skills are good enough for V8 torque, I'm going straight to an LT1 Firebird or LS1 Camaro.

I'd dig a Grand Prix GTP/GXP, or a '99-'06 Impala, but I honestly wouldn't touch the rest.
You could be actually useful to society and recommend cars that regular people can actually afford. Not to mention that fuck, I can't go to work in any of those cars.
Indeed.
You're justifying me why the Evoque is a decent overall vehicle, which I don't doubt (or at least would expect, considering it's not cheap and Land Rover isn't known for making bad cars). The same way a Dacia Sandero is a good overall vehicle, and I'd buy a bunch for fleet or even personal use, yet there's nothing…
You mean LoJalop?
By the C6.R I meant the GT1 class car. And I believe having read a magazine article that mentioned such a setting. Doesn't mean, however, that I can't be wrong.
The C6.R is pre-2011. That's what I was saying. We're comparing vehicles from different eras.
As I said to another commentator, services and ethical decisions aren't the same. This is not your outright job, this is something you stumble upon and decide to help.
C6.R, note. That's not only GT1 but also pre-2011.
There are leaf springs, and then there are leaf springs. The Corvette's rear suspension is an oddball sort of leaf spring, the Wikipedia article on it has good information. Basically it's a traditional leaf spring adapted into an independent rear suspension setting, which drastically simplifies the rear end.
An old car factory would give a badass indoor racetrack/dragstrip. Going to the drags while it's raining? Yes.
Hey, nothing wrong about transverse leaf springs, Corvette C6.Rs use them and they slayed the competition.
So?
Ethically correct decisions =/= services provided to the community.
You shouldn't be paid to do the right thing.
This!
Without making you look like a high school girl.
Guess that pwns my point. Yes, you're right.
