No but it would pretty much kill any and all photography anywhere. You take a photo of your friend in a park? Oops, someone in the background, so now you are breaking the law.

I wouldn't dismiss it, though you may have an issue relating her photo on the site (and probably many other sites on the internet as these things tend to spread) directly caused the assault, especially if there is no further identifying information about her associated with the image.

I "grew up" around photojournalists and they always were "frugal" with their shots, simply because they were limited by what they could carry with them into the field. You know what's funny? One type of game is utterly popular in Germany but hardly outside of that: Economic Simulations and by extend I guess a strategy game that would incorporate logistics (or be purely about logistics) would probably sell well (heck, I'd play it).
