I was leaving a mall in Jersey, there are 4 sets of double doors. There was one door open on the far right, with a single file line of five people waiting to go through it one by one because other people were coming in through it. I walked passed them and opened up a another door to leave.

This is true. If I go back to school ever I will take notes in pen. I will be that old lady who is out of touch with technology and gets the good grades. There’s one in every class.

Yeah, I started eating less sugar and more home cooked meals, a couple of yrs ago. I don’t miss the sugar. I really didn’t add many veggies, but your mileage may vary. The big thing was eating medium size portions at all meals and limiting daily snacks to almonds & pistachios.

I think the real difference between those of us who work out consistently and those who don’t isn’t desire, it isn’t time, it isn’t some super-secret routine or pill or food. It’s love.

Your last sentence right there is the big differentiator for most people. Stop eating like a trash compactor, and make an effort each week to move when you can. I’ve had similar results this year.
