That doesn’t help you in Heathrow. Even their expedited security lines are horrific. I almost missed a connection on my last trip through there, because they were kicking out ~70% of bags for inspection, but nobody had any sense of urgency on inspecting said bags. My bag got kicked out for inspection because it

When traveling for fun, this can be fine, but for business travel it’s not worth it to check bags. If you’re flying point A to point B, that could be mildly okay, but anything more and you are wasting your time.

Idk... that one was pretty great.

I agree 100%.

I would argue that the $140k every option box ticked Model S P100D probably subsidizes more base-tier Models than the 1 additional vehicle worth of tax credit would.

I agree that especially now there are a ton of great Wrangler aftermarket LED options, but I personally owned some JW Speaker 8700 Evos + JW Speaker fogs on my 2014 JKU. The low beams were solid, and high beams had great distance/brightness, but the design at the time didn’t illuminate vertically very much. They have

You can’t swap the OEM LEDs in though, because they require an additional wire that isn’t included in the halogen models.  I’m sure there are workarounds, but they probably include some form of code/flash from the dealer.

If I have to keep fender lights, I would take the LEDs over the halogens.  I miss the JK / earlier design where the lights were integrated into the grille.  The 2014+ had clear lenses with amber bulbs, and it gave a very clean front appearance.

Yes - I spent over a grand on JW Speaker LED headlights, fogs, and some Rigid Dually D2's on my JKU Wrangler when I had it. They were excellent, but I still prefer an OEM LED solution + Aux Lighting.

The corolla getting LEDs crushed my soul, since they’re not even an option on the 4Runner! Can buy 2-3 corollas for the price of a loaded 4Runner, but somehow can’t get HID or LED lighting from the factory.

The windshield wiper issue you had is also not uncommon Wranglers. The vertical / flat windshield makes the springs have to work differently to pull the arms down to the glass. The solution I found was to lubricate the ends of the springs and the hinges, and that resolved the issue.

This is exactly my issue with the new JL Wranglers! You can only get the LED package on the Sahara trim or higher, and the Sport / Sport S don’t include the wiring. You have to spend $40k+ to get LEDs, and they drastically change the look of the front, especially the fenders. The lower model looks like garbage without

I saw a number on CarGurus with ~65k miles for $8k or under in the Boston area.  I have to imagine there will be some in even better shape down south.

I was recommending a ~2007 Acura TL for similar reasons, but larger.

The Acura post isn’t totally off - Pick up a 2004-2007ish Acura TL!

Exactly what I was going to say!  It doesn’t rain much, so nobody checks their tires.  Before you can even turn the wipers on, you see cars sliding off ramps etc.

it’s 420/460 vs. 395/400.

I would add, a folding pocket knife and some paracord can work wonders, as well as some basic first aid stuff.

Limited production, only 99 made/sold.  It only takes a 100th person with a bunch of money to want one, and be willing to pay double the MSRP to get one.

Pro tip: You’re better off with multiple smaller memory cards than one huge one for GoPros and Photography unless you REALLY need a continuous recording. If you go away for a weekend or day of something, and save everything on the one card, you lose everything if/when it gets corrupted.
