American racing fans want a competition, not weekly “races” that are more like “follow the leader”. The whole “constructor” piece of F1 is not what US fans are into - we’re less about the cars themselves and more about the drivers. Also, we like refueling as a part of the race. F1 just has tires and wing adjustments...…
