It's been a weird (but still, good) year for gaming. Most of the best games so far this year do not involve guns (I know the 8-bit, 16-bit, 64-bit also had those years, but it was normal. In this generation of gaming, it's bizarre, yet welcoming).

My favorite games of the year so far: Nidhogg, Shovel Knight, Mario Kart 8, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Dark Souls 2, South Park: TSoT, Child of Light, and Dangan Ronpa (yes, it's almost a 4 year old game, but we just got it this year in the states).

Although it had its missteps, I'd still vote for Louie. If it weren't for the final few episodes, this would have been my favorite season.

Saw this film at Sundance. Not my favorite film of the festival, but it was an enjoyable rom-dark zombie comedy. It's basically a funnier, more mean-spirited Warm Bodies.

A fantastic end to an ambitious arc. Sad there's only 4 episodes (2 weeks) left.
