Like Bourdain said, douchey rich white kids just feel entitled and refuse to start working from the bottom which restaurant owners hate because it shows you have no humility and can’t take orders. He talks about his personal experiences with different cooks and has come to love Latin cooks the best.. and he also talks about how chefs and owners
