Doesn’t just break it - compound fracture with the bone sticking out!

Well, if it’s only ONE girl!

The Larry Sanders episode where Reynolds - apparently Sanders’ other neighbor (Martin Mull must be on the opposite side) - takes over as guest host, before he’s weirded out by Hank, is another great showcase for the Bandit’s talents. He gets in a lot of good laughs with self-deprecating lines about his ‘94 divorce to

“This is the best work I’ve ever done.”

Definitely would pick Boogie as Burt’s best onscreen work.

Exactly. Reynolds lost that Oscar (he was the front-runner until about a week beforehand IIRC) with his crappy attitude/behavior after the movie premiered.

Usually people who believe in the concept of a race war are pretty darn racist.

I just got One Trick Pony, and I know the movie and album were commercial failures at the time, but the songs are pretty darn good! I think the record is worth a revisit.

Yes, that is indeed a highlight of Allen’s recent work. I honestly would put it in his top 10.

Okay. That still means you’re bringing it into the movie with you.

Looks like I was mistaken on Nilsson.

I think his character’s hypochondria-into-suicidal thoughts in “Hannah” made for some of the best material in that movie. Also, the character’s divorce from Hannah in integral for multiple characters’ arcs. He’s pretty important in it.

Annie Hall and Hannah and Her Sisters are often discussed as his two best, and he’s a lead in both.

Bryan Singer’s career is done.

Just as Moses has disputed their allegations as fabrications.

“when I look back on those scenes I can’t help but think of it as him grooming the little kid.”

Certain things are common sense and you don’t need to be a soothsayer to be confident when you predict them to happen.

He was established and had a few hits, though. So he still got his start with an audience.

I don’t mean to bag on the movie, which may very well be good. But it quickly dropped out of sight after release.

Exactly. This surprise set is in no way a “comeback.” As of now, there are no demands for CK’s stand-up in the arenas he used to sell out. His career, four days after the surprise set, is still destroyed.
