Well, the first few episodes of that season were pretty much dominated entirely by clips of Colton being an asshole.

Enterprise season five was going to be all about Archer starting a glee club on his ship. Those damn vulcans think the idea of a Starfleet captain instructing a glee club is illogical so Archer must win Region of Spacetionals to justify the existence of this club to Starfleet.
