I would like a site where the comments were considered. Occasionally people would post thoughts, or experiment. A place where they spoke freely, but not stupidly. Also, there was a fucking comment ninja.

I've said it once, I'll say it again: There is an annual award that bears his name. Yes, Bud Selig named the annual DH award after Edgar Martinez. If a guy is going to have an annual position award named after him, then he ought to be in the HOF.

Edgar is the shit. I loved watching him play as a kid. I'm lucky to count him as part of my greater community as a grown up. He was a helluva ballplayer.
