If comments were votes, Top Gear can always count on mine. Through the magic of the internets, I discovered the show about 5 or 6 years ago. It still offers the most entertaining hour of television I've ever seen in my entire life. (It's also lead me to look forward to Hammond's and May's own shows, and to hope

I think the implication was not in the ownership of said vehicle but the necessity to street race and endanger the public in a misguided attempt to demonstrate ones prowess in the absence of a positive self image.

A proxy or VPN is definitely worthwhile, and fairly inexpensive. For me, network congestion does cause buffering and hinder viewing occasionally, but for the most part it works very well, with no difference between browsing with the VPN connection on or off. I tried a couple of different services before settling on

I'm trying to decide which is the worst crime here, the vandalism/hate crime, or the brutal assault.

Same here, above the 49th parallel, TSN rebroadcasts the BBC coverage/race-commentary, but with ads, and SpeedTV gets balcked-out. With a payed UK VPN, I can get access to complete coverage on BBC iPlayer, but they don't stream it in HD. I have to hit up the torrents to see F1 in all of its high definition glory.

Hear hear, he may be some kind of a womanizer, I don't know, but he certainly has talent, style, and, at times, a giant heart. Or at least that's how he appeared in Monster Garage.

Ferdinand Porsche designed the Volkswagen Beetle and the Porsche company later received royalties for every car built, when the "Bug" went into mass production. I suppose that this is how Apple might want things to turn out, if they want other companies to use their tech at all. Right now I think they're doing it

"Crashed" or "Crushed"!?

Of course it's the car that appears to be sponsored by the TV show "Cops" that exercises responsibility and doesn't unnecessarily endanger the spectator's life...I was waiting for the show's theme song to start up and the Federales to mob the guy once he was off of the track, hand-cuff him and toss him into the back

I agree, love the WRC-inspired hand brake, but I think he'd be better off in a far out of the way parking lot or on some quiet back roads than hammering through streets busy with pedestrians...I was waiting for the bouncing ball followed by a small child.

My thinking exactly, the Officer should have cited him as soon as he started to pull away! Now *that* would have been funny, especially after his long string of insults for the camera man.

'Tropa de Elite' in real life! See must see movie here... [www.imdb.com]

iPlayer is the way to go (or HD downloads where possible), the BBC coverage is outstanding, especially the pre-race run-up. In Canada, our TSN has cut their pre-race show and SPEED is put under black-out during quali and race time, so no SPEED pre-race show either. After turning to iPlayer, I'll never look back, it

Great idea! However, it would look slicker without the frivolous blue LEDs.

Cheers

After retiring from his career as an independent lawman of the open road, the Highwayman, Sam "Highway" Jones cashed it all in for an RV of his liking and continued his interstate adventures...

Victory by Design was an awesome program. The only show I watch on Speed now is GT Academy, probably the best show I've seen on Speed in a long time.

Oh my gosh!! It's raining!!! That's dangerous, you can't race in the rain!!

Of course it's the car, but it's also the driver. I think what Vettel has done this season is astonishing. Qualifiying in Singapore almost a half second ahead of his rivals, I keep wondering how the rest of the drivers will manage to catch up in the races and seasons to come. Having said that, Button is looking

...give torque steer a whole new meaning.
