I believe it's because this shows what the game can look like straight out of the box, for all three versions. Nothing extra. Kinda like watching gameplay trailers for Skyrim, and then asking why an ENB pack & 4K texture pack wasn't used.

yesterday via bounties and public events I had 8 legendary engram's. Every single one of them was green when the cryptarch was done and so were the 4 blues I gave him. I also had 1 exotic engram and it became an ascendant shard...1 shard.

They already drop kind of rarely, it's just, the double dice roll killed their allure. Having to diceroll to get a purple then diceroll again to see what rarity item would drop seemed pointless complex.

I like to point out to those kinds of people that they do celebrate Christmas and Easter in the books.

I haven't played the game, but turning in a rare purple token to have a 64% chance at a green or blue seems like an asinine system to me.

I think you meant to say "the Soviet Navy focused on small, maneuverable, tactical vessels." Tactile vessels are very necessary too, because there's nothing worse than an intangible navy.
