I love the song too which is why Its use bothered me so muchn: Less Than Zero was released in '87. Such a weird thing to get wrong for a show that gets so many other details so right.

Agreed. Laika is the quirky, quiet, younger sibling of Pixar to me in terms of artistry and imagination.

They have to attach each face to the model, shoot it, take it off, and then put the next ever-so-slightly next face for that expression. I’d say it definitely is.

Does Hell & Back count? It was stop-motion animation and definitely R-rated. (A bit underrated, too.)

Plot twist: she ran off with the guy that bought the Duster. She played the long con.

I thought the Boston accent was known fah drappin ahhhhs?

I heard her being interviewed on Howard Stern. Her black accent faded in and out so often I almost thought it was a character. Can't wait for her 15 to be up.

I think it's enclosed by a screen, not glass. Still, with seemingly zero safety precautions during the stunt, the screen mesh could have easily ignited had things gone south.

I’m dying to know that too. The gotcha is already awful by itself. It’s a new ring of Hell if they targeted the author because of his stature.

The skeezy host of Cheaters got stabbed by the cheater once. In that case, it was karmagnificent.

I agree with all your points but don’t see the connection to Prince. Did he work with or appear with Dr. Drew?

I love the phrase “pants feelings” so much that it gives me pants feelings. Thank you immensely.

According to Gus Van Sant, he wanted to try remaking Psycho for the artistic challenge. If it was almost any other director, I’d say it was a money-grab. But Van Sant gets a pass — even if it was a creative failure.
