Yeah this pretty much tracks with the way I’ve been planning my finances as well. I have all three 8th Gen consoles, that are each still seeing major game releases. My Series X and PS5 purchases can wait. 

Also has one of the greatest callbacks to the 90s since THPS2 in the form of its soundtrack.

What’s wrong with me? Why would I want to click on something that’s essentially CGI? No a pixel of gameplay on display anywhere in that trailer. This isn’t the late 90s or early 2000s where CGI trailers basically sold us the entire game. Gameplay or GTFO.

I definitely think it’s hitting all consoles and that trailer will drop much closer to release. One can only speculate at this point.

Other games showcased in Opening Night Live, had me cautiously optimistic but the more I see of this game the more I’m convinced it’s a proper return to form and that I can finally get my Turtles In Time sequel fix. Looks like great CGI but I want gameplay. Excited but it’s practically tradition at this point for me to only buy the complete version of this game series whenever it’s on discount.

Rubber-banding? I’m clearly tuning my cars wrong because in FH4, when I took the lead I had a good 5-6 second lead most of the time and in some rare cases that gap shot up by another 6 seconds at the very least.
