I owned a 2005 version once upon a time. Flogged it like a rented mule, put 200k miles on it, and it was still going!  Supremely underrated in my book. The hardtop still worked like a charm when I finally gave it up to a friend.

Hong Kong has 7.5 million people and 6 deaths from Covid. Almost all (97%) wear masks in public. And they’re also protesting their government. So yeah, let’s blame it on protestors and not the Chads and Karens throwing tantrums without masks on. In summary, fuck off.

As a non-WASPy Michigander I approve of this message.

By “will”, you mean money. This is ‘Merika bitches, ain’t nothing free, not even “will”.

This you Cletus?

Truck bros on here are thin skinned mutherfuckers.   Ya don’t like it?  Then don’t read it.  Goddamn, it ain’t that hard.

I had a 2005 SC430 that I put 200K miles on without a problem except for regular maintenance. I’ve gone over 130mph on the highway in it and it was smooth as butter. That Lexus V8 is very reliable.

Red flags to this are the random capitalizations where none is needed (“Daily Driver”, “Giving Joy Rides”), and the lack of it where it’s needed (“walpro”, “hakkapaletas”. Attention to details is important. Instant crack pipe!

This is a nice and classy way of saying that Jason can buy that ‘rari if he wants to.

Or, or...hear me out, we’re fucking sick of hollow, vacant platitudes!

I was raised in Lansing. The house where I grew up went up for sale for $20k last year.

I had one of these baby from 1996. Racked up almost 200,000 miles on it.

+1 for the word hoon

I have a LS 460. Smove like buttah! That V8 is incredibly reliable. Highly recommend.

Same here. Started my day with Deadspin and NPCP. Now that Deadspin is gone, NPCP is the only thing keeping me sane. It’s not about the cars themselves but it’s the great writing from Rob and the wonderful commentariat that keep me coming back for more.

What am I, chopped liver?

I’m using one made by Monster in my 2005 SC430. My car has 192,000 miles.

This is gold. You win.

Due to the large Vietnamese population in the area, Viet food is da bomb in Seattle.

Did someone say eating a “W”?
