It's comics lol. Parker will be back by issue 200 which is about next summer depending how they rig the numbering. Also there's Spider-Men in July. Parker might be back then. I really don't expect Ultimate to be around much longer. They've rebooted it already. It's been trashed since Ultimatum.

619 is the main universe. Ultimate is the semi movie universe. Ultimate is basically glorified fan fiction. There's nothing really to be careful about.
