You’re trying to attempt to get people to recycle which they don’t do because they do have to exert effort. Maybe give them info about the ability to mail back their TV’s at no cost? Just a thought from someone who has been through the process of actually recycling a broken TV.

This has not been my experience at all. To dispose of a TV in NY, it must be recycled. Great, love lifting 50" TVs to and from stores.
