in case you couldn’t tell Arkane’s games are heavily inspired by Warren Spector’s work. Arx Fatalis=Ultima Underworld, Dishonored=Thief, Prey=System Shock.

I keep hearing great things from people... and I also keep hearing that it’s more of a “spiritual sequel” to System Shock, so that kind of sold me.

I hope Prey is good. Though I must admit I haven’t seen it marketed much. What I have seen is interesting, but it also felt sort of gimmicky too. Like the recycle portion of gameplay for one example.
