You should play the DLCs! I played it a couple of years after finishing Infinite but man, is it worth it.
Thanks. I never really understood much of people’s complaints against this game. It has its faults, sure, but overall I still feel it was excellently made. Though maybe fans were a little disappointed with the changes made in the final game after they saw the ‘City of Columbia’ demo a few years before Infinite was…
That’s the Grandaddy Gundam, right?
Yeah! haha I took that pic a couple months before they changed it to a Unicorn Gundam.
The guy at the store told me that RGs are quite difficult to build due to the combination of the model’s small size and the increased difficulty of the kit. How’s it treating you?
Thanks! Great build by the way. Have you thought about trying to customize your Gundam? I’m still on the fence about doing it myself haha. I don’t want to ruin mine with poor panel lining.
In my country, a lot of the HGs go for around 10-20 USD so they’re relatively cheap. Unfortunately as you go higher grade-wise, they become much much more expensive with a fairly large mark-up compared to their original price in Japan especially when you buy from large toy stores like Toys ‘R’ Us. Smaller hobby shops…
Thanks. Sorry about that. Updated.
That’s sad. There’s something special about gaming with other people in a cramped room that just can’t be replicated when you’re gaming comfortably at home. Maybe it’s the smell or the heat, I don’t know, but it’s just not the same.
If I remember correctly there was recently an inter-college DOTA competition participated in by some UAAP schools. Great reception from the fans on that one, especially from fans of UAAP universities.
Great article! I’ve always been curious what internet cafes are like in the west. Maybe I’ll link it here too.
Yeah, maybe, but most fans like to stick to that story. Kinda makes everything sound more poetic, I guess.
I was a kid when I first played it so I wasn’t really aware there were cheat codes.
Hello! Thank you for the offer! I’ve been reading content from this community for quite a bit of time now, and Kotaku even longer. So I would really enjoy the opportunity to be able to share content to a larger portion of the community.
Speaking of, I think Metroid was also released outside of Japan in 1987 for the NES same as Zelda.
Probably because they want it to look cool. Ha! I’ll show myself out.
I think in the manga (and anime for that matter), the audience wasn’t really supposed to root for Light. He was the protagonist, yes, but even early on we see how much of a crazed maniac he is. I think the audience was supposed to root for L even though he was supposed to be the antagonist. I surely did. I was on the…
That’s the same reason why I bought a PS3. I wanted to be sure that every game released would actually work on the damn thing. When I was using my old laptop, I had to endure extremely low framerates just to be able to play games. In retrospect, I’m not sure how I even finished those games when every scene seemed to…
Like in Canada? Never really watched mecha so I don’t know much about the anime. So what is it like to see your city being wrecked by massive robots on TV?
Really? That’s a really interesting piece of information. I loved the first season of the anime and never did it cross my mind that they would be named after neighborhoods.
Would you happen to know why Kamakura?
