I'm with you. Season 6 is 30 Rock's weakest. I really liked the Jack's in love with Avery & Julianne Moore storyline, and I LOVED the Liz thinks the universe is trying to tell her to settle for Wesley Snipes storyline.

Similarly the Angela/Oscar story has helped improve The Office in its 9th season.

that was beautiful. it's a shame, seems this site has no love for Married…With Children.

What are you referring to? I'm not trying to be snarky, I am genuinely curious.

I agree with you. It's interesting because overall The Office doesn't have, for lack of a better term, broad appeal to mass audiences. I think Jim/Pam being possibly the best will they/won't they storyline got a lot of people to watch who otherwise never would have given it a shot, and found their way to liking

Ryan Renolds was an old college friend visiting from out of town. The other thing happened at a bowling alley and was a throwaway gag, not episode plot. Can't remember the context though.

Scrubs did a high school reunion? I do remember Turk's hand in a vending machine though.

"30 Rock wasn’t the first show to attempt a dizzying array of
punchlines. Animated sitcoms had been landing almost as many jokes for
over a decade when the show debuted. But it was the first live-action
sitcom in a long time to employ audacious, bravura pacing and an
anything-for-a-laugh sensibility."
