I would say that some gentle ribbing of coworkers can work, but you better know your boundaries and you better make sure they know you're joking. I'd be less inclined to rib my boss and a lot less inclined to rib anyone behind their back.

The knowing your audience bit is key and the best way to do that is to have a good relationship with the group you're joking with. If you think a comment or joke might not be received how it's intended, then it's best not to mention it. Humor is a huge part if my personality, so I tend to employ it regularly at work.

Does it do MKV? I can just open most video files in Chrome and they automatically open, but there is no audio for MKV.

Just checked that it does have gentle volume increase, but it doesn't have the option to set how long you want the volume to increase by. I agree this is a big feature, so I'll have to give this a try.

Yeah I don't get it. It takes very little extra time or resources to make a meal that can be stretched into two or three. If you're going to the trouble of making something, why not try and stretch it out?
