I just went from a 7 to a 11 pro, I thought I’d miss my home button more but after a week I forgot all about it. FaceID works pretty well for my girlfriend, but personally I don’t lock my phone so a simple tap and swipe and I’m good to go. 

It’s not a status symbol for me, it’s a phone with an amazing screen and camera that is incredibly reliable.
