A touchscreen without totally changing the OS to be touch-friendly is stupid. This brings touchscreen controls to the existing OS in a way that adds functionality without taking any away. I’ll take context-sensitive touch controls right by my hands over fingerprints on my screen ANY day.

Every laptop has one so Apple should have one? No one even uses the touchscreens! I’ve set up many laptops at work and the touchscreens are literally useless. Unless it’s a convertible laptop or a surface type device, there’s zero point to a touchscreen laptop.
