In input lag tests that I have seen, the Pro controller does indeed perform better wireless than wired. Likely culprit seems to be USB polling rate, so it's entirely possible that a wireless Pro controller does have less input lag than a wired GC controller via adapter. Not sure if that's something Nintendo could fix…

We are probably going to cancel our Prime come January (since that's when it renews) and I have been making an effort to buy locally or from other retailers in general. It's hard, though, when their selection is so massive and for many things they really are still the best place to order from. I hate it.
