Except that if I want fancy, I'll buy an Audi. Too often a soft touch dashboard is used in a comparison about the best performance value.

The people that join a discussion about performance cars & immediately start talking about "quality of materials" & "fit and finish" are always baffling. It's almost a given with the VW set.
Well done, sir. Well done.
Navy wives certainly think so, and they're very vocal about it.
That GTI and 370 could totally take the Rustang in the twisties, amirite???
At least one of those dudes is very brave or very stupid to be driving those speeds with no helmet.
I'm not certain, but I believe the only person that had jurisdiction in your case was the Hilton's manager.
More angry, less portly (hopefully).
From the comments yesterday:
Different drivers, different skill levels, too many variables to call it anything other than two cars on the same track.
So he's a wildly successful driver known to have a hot temper in a sport where everyone has a temper. The only way he can enjoy the racing he's always loved is to descend to the little leagues with guys that consider sprint cars to be the apex of their auto racing aspirations. He doesn't hold anything back because…
A dealership test drive on public roads wouldn't help me reach any conclusions that more skilled drivers in comparison tests haven't already reached. Again, I'm not questioning its chops as a driver's car, I'm questioning its chops in comparison to other cars that could have been included in this instead.
I'll give it that easily. But if it's included above more entertaining cars to drive in the same price range because of its lineage, that's a bit short-sighted. Why not the FR-S or BRZ for instance?
I don't doubt that it's a fun car, but there are faster cars that have popped up in the segment in the last decade. I could see it if they were doing an "All-Around Car" comparison. The only thing I've ever heard about the GTI is it being a sorta quick, pretty-much sporty car with a great interior.
Are the guys at Motor Trend big VW fans? What is the GTI even doing there? The Fiesta has nearly the same amount of HP while being smaller and lighter.
Do people know they're looking at an M3, or has the driving public been been treating it like any old BMW?
Blah blah, Honda's historical reliability is decreasing the rage, blah.
Muy feo.
I'm picking mine up next week. In the end it took a factory order and a three month wait to get my hands on a regular WRX.
