This custom GT350R by Philiphilip turned out amazing. I simply suggested that he do a custom for our HWEP and he dreamed this bad boy up (and executed it perfectly.) Together with the Zamac custom Boss 302 by IGer @socaldiecast562, I’m left speechless. I’ll let the pictures do the talking.
Today’s hawl, along with some other pics of things I (sadly) had to leave behind until next time. I could have easily spent $2,000.
I’m gonna be busier than PlasticPrints with his twins.
Had a little meetup today.
What with all these chases floating around! Today’s finds and some excellent regular versions below.
My hunt for M2 JDM has been a bust
I helped out a fellow collector (@socaldiecast562 on IG) with a peg find last month, and suggested that if he was willing, I’d rather have a custom ‘69 Mustang Boss 302 than boring PayPal. Well, to say these turned out better than expected would be an understatement. I can’t thank him enough for sending these my way.
Just a little HWEP catch-up post to show off some premium trades, and to thank MattyLightning, Huzer, MustangFan, and PlasticPrints for keeping an eye out for me. I’ve barely cracked MustangFan’s large box. More to come at a later date!
Today is Philip’s one year anniversary as a United States citizen! Post the most America-tastic diecast you can find (or personally own)!
My favorite version of my favorite Hot Wheels casting. Trans Am livery, road racing stance, Real Riders, Metal/Metal. Metal!
Myself and Camshaft Chris on Friday with some new stuff
Below are some HWEP spoils (or iHWEP in the case of Jobjoris). I have to thank Jobjoris, MustangFan, Vdubyajohn, and PlasticPrints for these goodies obtained in trades. Captions will tell the tale.
Well too bad! Today is a big day on LaLD, so I figured I’d do my small part by DLMing a $TH
If you ever doubt the community that is LaLD and the spirit of sharing in the hobby that we have here, remember posts like this. PlasticPrints knew I was looking for this bad boy and is sending it my way (for nothing more than what it would have cost me had I found it.)
Anyone that knows me fairly well knows I have a bit of a Mooneyes obsession. As a kid growing up watching the Eddie Jordan F1 team’s yellow & black liveried Benson & Hedges car, the colors may have something to do with it. But I digress. When M2 Machines announced they were acquiring a Mooneyes license, I couldn’t…
