Any situation in which the mother is barred from medical procedure, such as an abortion which could save her life, also falls under due process. So I’m not sure why you don’t see a woman’s right to such a medical procedure as not depriving her of due process. Neither can SCOTUS as that’s what the court decided.

Along the same vein, I hate that the argument so often revolves around whether or not the fetus can be considered a person. It doesn’t matter. As long as nobody can be forced to give a partial liver transplant to save a life, nobody can be forced to carry a child to term.
