For me a return to the formula honestly would get me excited. No 3D world,no gimmicks,sub plots of princesses,Black Knights,or Werehogs,no Silver,Cat deities or roided Knuckles. Just good ol’ side scrolling and amazing music that wasn’t riddled with boy bands and pop music. Just a hedgehog saving woodland critters…
