Updated version. Anyone else willing to work on this concept?

I’m not sure this will do any good, but I figured it was worth a try. I’m just trying to get the very most basic of lines figured out.

Jason (and all those at Jalopnik HQ and related)-

Wow. I never would have expected it to go that quick. I’m in total shock about that.

Anyone know roughly about how long it took to completely this plane?

Mother of god, dude. Mellow out. Nobody is stealing anything and it’s all just hypothetical. Which is why Doug ended it with- yeah, don’t even bother.

That stuff has actually been around for a long time. When premature failures were reported in higher than usual numbers, they then started to recommend the stuff in the blue bottle. And Subaru is not the only company that uses that stuff. Not even by a long shot. All for the same reason. But we could play this exact

That’s wonderful, thanks for sharing. So I guess that all of the other cars on this list are crap too, right? That’s just a short list of the many others that do the same thing.

They make Mickeys 40s?! Fuck yeah!

One more thing I’d like to add is that we winter dwellers aren’t the only ones that like Subaru. Go to Australia. Subarus. Subarus fucking everywhere. At your next stoplight, look around you. Take all those Corollas, Camrys, Malibus, Civics, Accords, and put them all into one. That is a good idea of how huge they are

I want to nominate that for comment of the day-

Every car has its issues. Every single last one. They all have “that known issue”, and it is usually more than just one. The worst for Subaru was the HG, but I am also going to admit that I find their automatic transmissions to be god awful slush boxes that are an embarassment to the brand. Made by Jatco, apparently

I learned that very quick after I got my first one. No driveway? No problem! It is really nice. I can also change my oil without having to raise the car at all. It’s awesome. Head gaskets and timing belts can be done with the engine in the bay, tilted forward slightly.

“Isn’t that why we’re all here? To talk shit?”

I have an 05 GT. Runs great! Because it has been taken care of. And I don’t drive it like a 14 year old boy racer. And, working on it is so easy.

I really don’t think you’ve ever actually tried, nor have you actually spent any time in a Subaru. 90s Honda interiors were garbage. Everything broke. Subaru interiors are built to last. And Subaru being a $20k car? Are you just looking at the base model Impreza? Because that is the one and only car that lists under

I loved the Tribecca, I just wish it had been done better. Putting all that on a Legacy frame is a bad idea. Or, if they had to keep it that way, they could have at least tried to make it appeal to far more people than the select few of us who enjoy things other people find hideous. That was a missed opportunity for

How the hell is it a pain in the ass to access those things?! Are you fucking kidding me? I can change the plugs in my car faster than anything else I’ve ever worked on! And the head gaskets just require a bit more work to get to than the plugs! ~12 hours of total work for the entire head gasket, valve cover gasket,

I’m very aware of the head gasket issue in the EJ25 (I mentioned it in my original post), but that wasn’t every Subaru made. It was a certain portion of all models made and, believe it or not, can be prevented with proper care. A lot of people don’t seem to follow the maintenence schedule drawn up by the people that

You should be able to change the plugs in the bay from the top. The washer tank usually needs to be pulled forward and then you’re good.
