The fact that Thomas Dimitroff is not fired is mindboggling. He is much more responsible for the failure of the team (terrible defensive line/LB signings; signing old players consistently for $3 mil+ a season/almost universally poor drafting with the exception of Julio - who cost a ton - and CBs).
