Well, first off, the Master and the Doctor are Time Lords, so they can escape death by regenerating into a new body, but the person they were technically dies.

They do have a few M rated games, like Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. I don’t know what FNAF is rated, but it could get on there with little to no trouble.
