I am honestly still baffled that Microsoft isn’t paying out the nose for FF on their platform. Not paying out the nose to secure day-and-date release for 16 is wild, especially if they’re trying to reestablish a foothold in Japan.

Oh shit, I just bought a Crosley a few months ago. What’s up with them? What brands should I go for instead?

Yes idiot, I said that in my post lmao

Now playing

Anyone remember that brilliant tongue-in-cheek ad that Sony put out at the start of the last generation? The one that explained how to share used games on PS4? The one that took an absolute shit on Xbox One’s stupid, messy, draconian system?

I think the most important bit is that giving players the ability to peek around corners and over low objects tends to weigh the game heavily in favor of campers. You saw this a lot in PUBG.

I Am Not A Lawyer but if I recall correctly, you have to remake new assets to legally be considered a parody, not reuse existing ones outright.

I really have no earthly clue how people are managing to get GTA and RDR2 working on the Deck, I’ve installed their dumb launcher through the shortcut on Steam and it never fires up the game.

Only two of them! Honestly sad for a controller that’s quite a bit more expensive than both of Microsoft’s Elite offerings. I’ve been waiting for an official back button accessory or controller from Sony, but given this incredibly disappointing showing, I’m tempted to just take the plunge on a SCUF, even if their back

it also only has 2 back buttons instead of 4 lmao

The back paddles are game changers. You can press all at the same time without difficulty (great for fighting games) and they can be accessed without taking your thumb off the right thumbstick (great for shooters).

I never followed her before, but I’m looking forward to seeing her output now. Whatever she makes, she finally has a chance to be her authentic self. Raunchy or otherwise.

I have heard several Devil’s Advocate arguments that are causing me to reexamine (note: not fully reverse) my sympathies for Hellena Taylor.

As a silly aside, it’s such a shame that, of all the launches to attach the name of one of the coolest people in history to, it had to be the most disastrous one in recent history.

lmao dude i’m pretty sure that indie developer Mike Rose is not trying to sell games for $70 to cover his second yacht. A small business owner is not anywhere equivalent to a CEO of a multinational game publishing conglomerate.

me reading the title: lmao what, no way, most cases wouldn’t be able to fit a whole-ass PS5, surely this is just a gross exaggeration

Randomly tried Potionomics from the list, expecting absolutely nothing. Was gobsmacked at the absolutely stellar animation work and music. The deck-building system you use to negotiate with customers is brilliant.

Looks sick, but I hope there’s more variety to the music than what we’ve been getting in the last several NFS games. Hip hop and trap are great for drift events and garage tuning, but there’s nothing like angry prog and metal for drag and high speed police chases.

The funniest part is that all of your mental gymnastics are ultimately in defense of a faceless corporation that gives no shits about you.

I would love to see dialogue sequences redone with proper motion capture, camera direction, and more natural camera cuts, like they were in Frozen Wilds and Forbidden West.
