Grid heaters heat the air in the intake tract.  Glow plugs heat the charge in the combustion chamber.

We charge our Pacifica Plug-in on our 120 v wall socket. We’ve even charged it from a hotel room and a condo on vacation.

My grandparents are in their early 80's and in great physical and mental condition for their age. Their order at McDonald’s has always been a plain hamburger, small fries, and a Coke. I’m sure not giving into American excess is part of the reason for their great health.

Check out a TCR field. All of those cars are FWD and they all have rear wings. Your view of aerodynamic grip is far too simplified for practical applications. Rear grip on a FWD car can be absolutely essential to a fast lap time.

One problem is that unfortunatley some atheletes use drugs (most atheletes would rather never touch the stuff but feel like they have no choice). If very high testosterone levels are permitted, then the atheletes, will really have no choice to ramp them up, with drugs. Its not always possible to detect if it is done

So take ‘em off.  Driving barefoot is the best way to drive.

Where they see the future with the electronics integrated into the motor I see a repair nightmare. The Bolt’s separate unit seems not only more easily repaired but more readily accessible as well.
