Exactly. I live in suburban montreal and on my street there is a Bolt, Tesla and a plug in Prius. They dont all have garages but they can plug in from the house. They all have second ICE cars. Last winter during a cold stretch I didn’t drive for 5 days and my Honda fit would not start. I bet an EV would “start” and…

It can be, freezing to death at a bus stop or commuting on a road with grey salty slush. But today I walked five minutes to the park and played some pickup hockey on an outdoor rink. Yesterday I walked out my front door and did some cross country skiing.

Yeah modern cars cold start pretty well, but its still worth it to have a block heater if you live in a cold place. Car starts up way easier, uses less fuel, less wear and tear on the engine, less pollution and interrior warms up faster. Even plugging in for an hour makes a difference.

Too many people overestimate what they need to eat. A marathon is an insane massive effort and burns 2600 calories. A Big Mac, 500 calories, fries, 220, coke, 150. I see people chug a bottle of gatorade and eat an energy bar after a 2 hour gym session because “they need it”.

I generally don’t like tattoos and my reaction to most of them are “whatever” but charcoal barbecue grill is awesome !

Would rather wagon. Unless you are driving a lot of really bad unpaved roads I see no logic to this. And those low pro tires are not very offroad worthy anyway.
