Question. If you plan to drive the car into the ground, basically until its scrap, is it better to buy new ? Buying new at least you know the car has been taken care of since day one.

I have lived in NORCAL and BC.  I am guessing(I know a little bit about forestry, climate ect) that BC is where NORCAL was 50 years ago and its getting worst fast.

The MGU makes 90 torques. That is quite a lot. That is the max torque of an econobox engine.

Reliability, long lasting, and you can bump start(single person bump starts are a bit stressful though).

If you plan to keep your car more than a year buy a quality brand of tire. They ride smoother, grip better, last longer and even put less stress on your cars shock absorbers.  Quality tires can take more severe pothole hits without getting all wonky.  Basically quality tires are cheaper in the long run.

How practical is 120v 15 amp charging ? I talked to one tesla owner who said that is what he used at home and it was ok and almost never used a supercharger. He also said that he only used the car for around town driving and did not drive every day, so sometimes the car was plugged in for more than 24 hours.

A Sour Kraut.

When driving winding mountain roads I tend to do it economically, easy on the straights and maintain momentum on the corners.  So the brodozers tailgating me don’t see brake lights and figure they can corner at the same speed.  Whoa !

Looks like Erik Karlsson took some hockey time off to go into movies.

He will be supercharged with criminal offences.

Even on regular cars and regular driving its usually 3rd that goes since its the most commonly used gear.

Your syncros rings are getting worn to hell ! Stop it !

Engine braking is OK but don’t be extreme about it. If you are coming to a red light just stay off the gas until about 1500 then dump the clutch. If you are puttering along in 4th and then there is a red don’t go through all the gears, that is a lot of extra wear and tear. One time I was going down a steep hill and I

Why didn’t you use one of your own vehicles as the tow vehicle ? The Wagoneer ?

Read about that thing in a great book about area 51. (can’t recall name of book). They had to clean their tools with distilled water because the chlorine and chrome plated tools reacted with the titanium.  Also there was so much drag at high speed that if one engine flamed out the the plane would skew sideways so

The solution is more Bolts.

“Do you work here ? No ? Then F*** Off. I haven’t been to too many gyms but isn’t the clanking of weights a normal thing ?

I would be disappointed if GM didn’t do this on a regular basis. And shocked.

Well at least here in canuckistan the nissan micra is selling well. Its a small basic hatchback but its enough of a car a lot of people. And if you read/watch the reviews its a pretty good car.
