I actually haven't seen it yet.

Stop poking your logic into my emotional tirades!

Reboots and remakes are a blight upon the earth and should end immediately.

…F-ing furries.

…is it?

The orgy pit… I think I remember seeing a goat in there.

I went and wrote me a letter. Put a stamp on it and everything.

Sure private citizens can violate the 14th Amendment. They can assault someone, cause harm to someone, or otherwise cause injurious harm, thereby breaking the law. If someone is saying something you don't like, you are still bound by the law against harming that person. In Katzenbach v. McClung it was a licensed

I do too a little. You tell him or are you just telling the internet?

" The first amendment concerns only the government" well yes but it doesn't exactly end at a government facility or an agent of the government. Granted any private entity, including private citizens, can refuse to give a platform to messages they don't agree with, that's fine. The problem is when a private citizen

I think it does have a bit to do with the First Amendment in that, as a private citizen, one is not entitled to use either physical force, or threats of violence, against another person or a group, with the intention of intimidating them into believing they will be harmed if they themselves say whatever they want to

I wrote a really long reply. It agreed with you and cited cases, made points and all kinds of things. I hit post, and it never showed up. I can't write it again.

1A; In terms of "free speech" if it's not an absolute, then it doesn't exist. T think things like Tinker v Des Moines, Cohen v California, Corry v. Stanford, Texas v Johnson, and the one everyone pulls out of their ass when dealing with the nasty stuff; National Socialists v Villiage of Skokie are very important

I am critiquing this article's use of "alt right" as a label for people, when it has lost much of its meaning.

I'm a card carrying member of the ACLU and have been called "alt right" more times than I can count for reminding people that 1st Amendment Case Law extends to everyone, not just certain people. "Alt right" has just become a label for regressive groups to point and shout and anything and anyone they don't like.

This is either going to be really good or really bad. …not some middle of the road thing.

This is the corporate equivalent of paradoxical undressing. When CEO Tom Rothman said the "Netflix My Ass" line I knew the company was in trouble, but I was thinking slow-death, and didn't think they were already this close.

Can't wait until the season 3 episodes start …after the 2020 election I am assuming.

I worked at multiplex when "A Knight's Tale" opened. I've never seen so many people leave a movie and ask for refunds. After the opening Saturday, they moved it to the smallest theater they had.

He's just mad that he wasn't in it.
