Found a 2001 E38 740il for sale locally. I’m looking at picking up another flip car to provide some holiday bucks, but could use some wisdom.
Winter is coming, eventually. While the weather has been irregularly warm, ye olde man is soon to thrash us with blizzards. In preparation, here’s a handy how-to with a couple of pictures. Oh, you won’t be able to use the backseat, just a heads up.
No traffic, no October fog, showed up early, great day. Got laid off at 2:00... Ugh.
Excuse me while I waste the rest of my day on Ford.com
That noise you just heard was productivity around the country dropping for the rest of the morning.
The problem with one-year only colors is that they’re impossible to find in a rattle can twenty years later. I don’t want to have to paint the whole Jeep, can someone recommend a color near the OEM Bright Jade Satin Metallic (which is the actual name) that comes in cans that is readily available?
Full Transparency: I say 99% because I'm not perfect, 7% due to increased vocabulary requirements.
Full Transparency: This is the continuing story of how I took a teal 1997 Wrangler and have been working to make it fun every day. If you haven't read Part One, you may want to go do that. If you're considering going down the rabbit hole of a near-20 year old convertible, I may be your new best friend.
Blue, sexy, twin-turbo-big-brother-to-my-SHO reasons. Why did I have to be at a client this week?
This morning's post to Jalopnik has set off a cascade of speculation on if we're getting a new Ford GT-esque car at Detroit. I want to speculate on that a little too, but also say with certainty that if this layout map is accurate, there's a few sure-fire things we can discern from from it. Allow me to zoom / enhance…
I am also 27 and professional and Snoopy is awesome and I grew up on Peanuts. I was fully expecting this to be a write off, but it actually looks way better than I expected it to.
Alfa Romeo's new 4C is sexy, loud, fast, and pretty much everything else that you want in a friend with benefits. I know it, you know it, and Alfa knows it - that's why they use sex to sell it. And for the reasonable price of $53,900, you too can experience all the arthousey backlit bedroom antics you want.
I am stuck at home with a sinus infection for Christmas. I must then pass on my holiday greetings to you electronically, at maximum volume.
I love my Taurus SHO, but I convinced myself this summer that it would be a smart choice for me to have a second vehicle. Being from Ohio, it needed to be good in the winter, be fun in the summer, and be reasonably priced. I decided that I would fulfill a dream I'd had since high school. I had always wanted a Jeep…
There have been lots of "OMG Finals" posts, and I've been there, so I wanted to help out. For everyone that's currently in school slamming through the last few weeks of the year, here's a comic courtesy of xkcd to give you a quick chuckle about reality.
I'll be honest, I was completely drinking the Kool-Aid of the GT350, and was prepared to buy less of a house to have one. But I decidedly expected the engine to be a little better dressed than this.
Need assistance from my fellow Ford peeps. My SHO has the Gen1 MyFordTouch (also known as Sync with Nav), and I have no bluetooth connectivity, no phone menu, no Ipod menu, no USB connectivity, and no voice recognition. The bluetooth doesn't even provide a PIN for me to try and connect my phone with, it's just a blank…
Looks legit to me, and since it's coming from Car and Driver and doesn't involve wild speculation about new Corvettes, it's probably the real deal. Definitely not my find, but wanted to share. Ebay link also enclosed.
