the thing getting me is that the NFL is supposed to weed out weak refereeing squads from the regular season so that only the best ones cover the postseason games. However, this Saints-Rams game proves THAT is a lie because that was just terrible non-calls that requires people get fired for being that blind.

NO! Not challenged. Booth reviews for everything.

Perfect metaphor for America right now. Nobody but a fucking asshole wants the president we have, and nobody but a fucking asshole wants to see this team in another Super Bowl. Just one more thing to endure.

Yeah, the rules will be changed, etc. (and Payton is on the Competition Committee), but some consolation, right? And I’m glad someone brought up the mugging of Ginn at the start of the fourth. But on the subject of leading with the head, Cory Littleton got away with two – the one that knocked Josh Hill out of the game

The conspiracy theory I’m going with is that the NFL wanted the Rams in the Super Bowl so people in LA might actually start paying attention to football.

I just don’t like the narrative that the Rams looked like they were playing better and so probably deserved to win (see above article). Of course they looked better, they got unearned stops on two drives!

I usually say that if a bad call beats you, it is your own fault for letting it be that close. But this was absolutely brutal. Like Armando Gallaraga perfect game brutal. If they are going to miss something like that, then watching a game is almost pointless and you can just watch a random number generator do its

“Missed” may be overstating it.

Hey everybody, did you hear that Scott Linehan is leaving the Cowboys?

Headline: Ian Rapoport puts Scott Linehan on full blast

Despite changing his number, when he loses his temper Matt once again becomes a DUMBA55.

From today’s Onion article wherein the Patriot’s score two TDs before the game:

Carlk?

My father, an avid football fan and gambler, gave me this advice on his deathbed.

No one is.

“I’m microchipped and still do football good.”

I’m going with 6th division, but I can’t say I’ve done much research.

When I read stories about Kapernick, I always wonder how much he was demanding. I always got the impression that Kapernick believed he was a starter and was demanding starter money. If he would have accepted backup money, would he have a contract?

His percentage is a crime, dog
