@econobiker: very true. also a cheap, largely untasked hydroelectric/nuclear power grid and up-to-date infrastructure, no state income tax, etc. Man, there are tons of reasons to relocate here!

@huevosrancheros: I was thinking the same, or here in TN where VW is building and Nissan just moved their North American HQ. However, all these companies relocate to the south b/c we don't subscribe to the union mindset. More of a "workers don't need spokesmen, their work ethic speaks for itself" mentality down here.
