I can’t speak for what anyone else says or claims.

have you ever seen a female marathon runner or a lifter? They’re beefy and ripped, yeah some are thin but they have muscles, muscles are absent in most female designs that are trying to show a woman with a “fitness” body.

This is true. Videogames also suffer from the same market-drive phenomenon that comics do (even the ones drawn and designed by women)... which is over-idealized character designs. If more men found large muscular women attractive we would find that a norm in comics. If more women found slender busty men attractive we

You’re presenting a false dichotomy. Those could either or both be true depending on the specific context.

... and that game makers are less responsible for it, personally (as a result). The characters in video games tend to look like the “sporty humans” we are all used to seeing.

Lets also not lose sight of the not insignificant biological differences that really do exist between human men and human women (on average). I

I always wonder why they don’t compare video game body diversity to “sport” body diversity in real life... because very often, if not usually, the character we’re taking over in video games are in a context where physical fitness (if not attractiveness) is a very relevant factor. I mean... if you turn on most any

Sounds sloppy.

Seriously, though... it’s about setting specific goals and sticking to them. It makes the game (most games) more interesting for me.

Yeah... this game really shines when you go full non-lethal/ghost. After hours of replaying segments to avoid tripping alarms and/or killing anyone it is a treat to blast through a quick lethal NEW GAME+.

It depends on how you play (as with many abilities... obviously all the lethal abilities are pointless to a non lethal play through).

I agree that bot domination in particular isn’t useful often (a few times in late game, very useful in one fight if you don’t mind killing a bunch of folks) but it’s only a 1 point sync.

interpretation? What does the word limit mean to you, snowflake?

What you are saying is that the left lane is the mandatory break the law (go faster than the speed limit) lane.

I am like 30 hours in and I haven’t used cover intentionally once (and I’m working through a covert no kill playthrough)... I only even noticed the mechanic by accident several hours in. I think I must have skipped past the tutorial popup.

Any meaningful comparison between cybernetically enhanced fictional characters and real-life marginalized people falls down upon a moment’s examination, of course. Unlike real-life immigrants and people of color, Deus Ex’s augs really are inherently dangerous—some of them can become invisible at will and fire swords

In the case of Deus Ex I could imagine a plausible situation in which the elite have embraced Augmentation (for their use) but because Augmentation is so powerful they work vehemently to suppress it’s proliferation in the masses... working behind the scenes to empower anti-augmentation sentiment.

This is not only a

Another important tip! The mods actually stack ... if you install all 3 beam intensifiers (I, II, III), for example, you chew through terrain style minerals very very quickly.

Emeril turns up in crystal form as well sometimes... although it’s rare. I found some on an apparently barren planet... I eventually came upon a rare crack in the surface and it lead me to a vast deep tunnel system with emeril crystals peppered through out. It definitely goes faster so long as you keep moving (get the

I prefer Emeril (I think it’s around 130k per ship slot). I’ve come across a few planets with numerous pockets so deep they reach the bottom of the planetary map. My habit is to drill immediately to the bottom and meticulously mine my way out to avoid the sentinels.

I have a 28 slot hold currently so I stripped all the
