@Raizo: Yes, I've noticed that, too. Fat Princess, for example, was broken for me because no one ever had a headset on. I want to be able to communicate with people. That's 1/2 the fun and one of the reasons I'm torn! :)

That was excellent.

Cool. Thanks for the comments. I may end up sticking with my PS3 preorder then. We shall see. :)

I have a bit of a conundrum with this game. I can't decide whether to get it on the PS3 or the 360. Does anyone have an opinion on whether I'll be able to find a good amount of people to play with on the PS3?

@luckybaka: Yes, I agree. I read it that way, too. I didn't enter (got sick right before it was due and couldn't finish), but mine was going to be specifically Kotaku-themed.

These are ok. There are a couple gems, but most seem too simple. I think that any that require a single tap to win should not get the grand prize.

@Accordion: I hear ya. I was so excited for this contest until I saw the voting page. I lost interest really fast, espcially considering that there were only a few gems in the group.

I am so excited for this game.

Hmm...I'm not sure which mode I'll use. Casual is definitely out. I think I'll play on Expert. All of the videos I've seen have looked like they were using manual aiming so I was prepared for that.

@Madeira: I believe you've nailed it there. haha

@slingblade123: I agree. **IF** you have the choice between wireless and wired, always go wired. That, of course, assumes all other things equal. In other words, if it's just as convenient, simple, etc to plug in, then you should. But like I was saying, that's not common from what I've seen, thus wireless is a fine

@unstuck: What? She didn't like you refusing to leave when she was changing because you were in the middle of an online game? ;)

@slingblade123: I live near Baltimore and it's not super common here. The only reason I'd ever consider putting ethernet ports in the walls was if I had issues with wireless speeds or connectivity which I never have. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but I never experience lag on Xbox Live or PSN playing games. I never have

@slingblade123: Where do you live? I've never been in a house with data outlets unless it was custom built or the owner installed them. Granted, I used to want some myself, but it just seems kind of pointless when everything is wireless nowadays.

This doesn't surprise me at all. How many people have their consoles close enough to their routers/modems to plug directly in? Heck, mine are in the same room and it'd still be a pain to run the cable.

That's probably the most gorgeous version of Lara Croft that I've ever seen. They should definitely aim for this facial style in the future.
