To be frank this can vary wildly from game to game. 
Some games’ glitches opens up the games inner workings at a point where you can basically see the gears that power the whole thing,
which is incredibly fascinating, while others can just be snoozefests of “Press A to win”.

To be honest, i actually enjoy watching these sorts of speedruns more than the glitch-ridden ones. Just playing the game, as it’s built, flawlessly and using the systems available is a lot more interesting to me than “if you hit this wall just right you level wrap and automatically win”
