It doesn't necessarily have to be an entire site. Something as simple s a daily post "here's what's on tonight," with short summaries as to why we'd want to watch, would be a great resource.
I think Deadspin has a pretty good balance of "soft" content (highlights, goofy Manning videos) to the more serious posts. The former is necessary as easily produced content to keep us checking in regularly, and the latter is why we check in here specifically, when there's generally other sites to go to for highlights…
