I like the hand helds because it makes it easier to clean the shower (walls, tub, etc) of all the grime. My bathroom doesn’t have the greatest ventilation, so it gets grimey really quick. With a normal shower head, I can’t rinse off the cleanser from the walls as easily, especially on the wall with the shower head.
