Uh-huh, and how long will it take the “surge pricing” (wink, wink) becoming the de facto pricing for checked bags all the time?

It’s all about price opacity. As it has become easier for consumers to comparison shop, businesses respond by making their pricing more opaque and more dishonest. They advertise a price that’s lower than competitors, but hide the fact that there are a whole host of largely unavoidable fees that aren’t reflected in the

When it comes to matte paint, you and I are brothers from different mothers--nearly as bad as Glossy Primer Grey.

I’m pretty sure those cheating years were something like 2010 - 2015, so definitely not dieselgate. Also, I think these old diesels got ~40 MPGs, so that spewing is still more efficient than most modern cars on the road today.

Paying attention to Elon’s remarks which have the credibility of less than zero...an exercise in complete jerking off.

It’s a soot-spewing diesel. (And a Dieselgate culprit?)

N effing D

I absolutely agree with you. Can’t wait for that fad to die. I think cars in Fancy Primer Gray will drop more in value over time. The only thing worse than Fancy Primer Gray is *anything* matte. Seriously. People that spend $200k on a Matte Black G-Wagen should be forced to pay an additional road tax because their

I haven’t been shy about making my feelings known about the noncolor I hate above all: Glossy Primer Grey. And how so many vehicles are actually bought clad with that fancy primer baffles me to no end. Point being just to get away from the Porsche version of Glossy Primer Grey and shoot any other color would be great

Yes, your suggestion should’ve made the cut.

I need a 3 row SUV because I’m having a 2nd/3rd kid.”

No. You need a Minivan. Just buy the damn minivan.

At least you got the Charger gen correct. It’s a ‘69 in the garage.

So true. I have tried to explain this to many of my friends who just reply “But it goes to 11".

And yet again, still no adaptation for one of the best SF novels, The Forever War. That twist ending is just too cool.

I’ve heard this eyeball-roller more than once: owners told me how they “baby” their ride by putting premium gas in the tank instead of the correct regular grade. The whole idea of premium grade for higher compression engines to prevent knocking was beyond them—”babying” was all they knew.

This looks like the VW CC’s overweight cousin.

And for the1968DodgeChargerFan: I saw an SUV/Sedan yesterday and yelled “THAT IS a bar of soap!” I’m not sure of the make and model because I didn’t want to get any in my eyes. ;)

Being at the mercy of mechanics.

Because it’s not very good. No matter what Tesla fanboys say, the system is not that incredible. In the city, most people won’t use it since it’s too erratic. And on the highways, other automakers offer similar (if not better) product. GM’s Super Cruise works just as well. BMW’s DriveAssist Plus is surprisingly great.
