My problem with high-end older Germanmobiles is they’re cheap to buy and expensive to own—get ready to be reamed at the dealership for maintenance. Older Ferraris are expensive to buy and expensive to own—as this owner undoubtedly found out what an albatross he had around his neck when it came to Ferrari buyers’

So is Canoo ran by Republicans?

Now why exactly is the lady dressed as if she walked off the live-action set of Frozen?

NP. These are fundamentally pretty good cars. Infinitis are not worth the money new, but you can get a great deal on them used and this seems like a good example despite the miles.

Yup, quite the turd here.  Precursor to the turdosity of the 1st gen 4-door Charger?

These are great cars.  The X system is RWD until it detects slippage and then activates the front drive system.   Still rear biased which is preferable for a driver’s car.   Fantastic in snow, you can actually jump on the throttle in a turn and you get one little wiggle before it kicks in and just goes around the

A lot of miles, but given the car’s condition and what the owner has done from a maintenance standpoint, I like it a lot. It may have nearly gotten to the Moon with its mileage, but I’m willing to bet a lot of those miles are highway miles—next to no wear. Looks to be a great second car for the family—NP.

My point still holds of Glossy Primer Grey being shot by a baffling number of manufacturers—especially Dodge—which turns my stomach.

And I suppose they’re bought just as quickly when they’re on the dealers’ lots in this noncolor:

IMO what magnifies this is that while the general shapes are boring, they are clearly compensating for it by making everything that fits inside the regulatory box as angular and chiseled as possible. The humongous kidneys on BMW, the gaping maw on the front of every Lexus, it’s all terrible. Toyota’s entire design

More paid advertising for Hyundai/Kia!

How modern cars and SUVs have you spend umpteen tens of thousands of dollars for the ride and you have nothing to show for it. You drive a meh-appearance appliance.

The W12: talk about a needlessly overly complicated engine...yeesh.

The single biggest argument against the superiority of German engineering.

If only they hadn’t taken Mercedes “hunched butt” look and made it visually worse. It also looks bent in the middle, and it’s weird to my eyes.

Considering how the ship apparently lost power right before the crash, yes, I will blame them.

Same thing here with Fiat 500. People call it a clown car, but I’m 6'2" and have zero headroom issues. Legs are fine too, and it’s got weirdly SUV-like seating posture.
