Pffftttt! Anyone can talk the talk, let’s see Elon walk the walk. Oh wait! It’s time for yet another faceplant from the Muskrat. How “unexpected”.

Every car can serve briefly as a plane.

The Ford Maverick. Go from a chunky compact car:

Given how brutal the sunshine gets here, that bed will literally turn into an oven during the summer. Tesla needs to implement the engineering change of the glow-in-the-dark handle yesterday.  It gets so brutal here in AZ, that I can imagine a child dying within minutes of being stuck in such a hellhole.

The Dodge Demon. Which went from a hot version of a Dodge Dart—a secretary’s car--thanks to a tweaked 340 small block under the hood:

Nope.

Talk about a magic phrase when buying a used vehicle, “a one-owner car” is it. Proof of the car being well maintained all those years are more points in its favor. But mileage that gets you withing spitting distance of the Moon is not that cool.

Nice car, but priced way too high for the miles. My experience says the engine might have 30-40K left before the head gasket goes.

Drive one at highway speeds, see the constant rpm and drone of the engine.  Weekend canyon carver only and still overpriced.

The hidden message of that book is Milton and Rose’s open marriage. The free market, indeed.

Excluding the cab where there’s room for two people, I just find it utterly amazing how Chevy engineers were able to fold an ICE car and an EV into that same tight package.  I’d like to see an E-ray in person just to check out how they wedged everything in there.  Kudos, Chevy.

And for over $100K you get:

And a plotless plot as boring and grinding as that jaw-droppingly awful and completely overrated Mad Max: Fury Road?

> but goddamn that torque number.

I wouldn’t finance any car for 7 years, at any more than a couple percent. Any car you have to finance for 7 years is too expensive for you.

Saw a similar than but on a travel trailer this YouTuber bought to pull behind his Tacoma because his rental was increasing in price and he couldn’t afford it and he couldn’t find a place he could afford to rent.

I got a speeding ticket coming home from work last Friday in my Corvette (The cop said I was going fast enough to impound the car if he wanted. Luckily I treated him with respect and just got the ticket). It’s one of the reasons most owners don’t speed, it’s too easy to get caught.

That’s bigger than my house payment.

Imagine the Depends that will be soiled by this thing.

For a car that looks like that, I just couldn’t say it was a 4 banger even if it is fast lol Mercedes does make a good sounding 4 cylinder, but for 6 figures, they should have just put a single turbo straight 6 with a mild hybrid in there, a fixed wing, simple suspension, no extra sensors, just a good simple coupe for
