Well, One Piece is set in a dystopian world filled with freaks. The women-proportions thing is just an admitted quirk of the creator, though. But there’s a lot of weirdly proportioned people in One Piece, some of which are mutants, other sentient races, or hybrids.

I noticed this about a half hour ago, but swtiching to the pacman mode did nothing for me. All the HUD stuff disappeared and the map kinda zoomed in on a section of the map, but it never actually activated the “game”.
