You did? Why in the world would you think that? In that instance, clearly the rights of the states were shown to be beholden to the ‘higher power’ of the federal government. Yet, modern rulings have upheld that states don’t have to assist the federal government in executing its tasks, which is why many state actions…

You...don’t? It’s pretty basic. If zero immigrants were here illegally, the doctors would prioritize care. If ALL immigrants were here illegally, the doctors would prioritize care.
Since doctor’s don’t care about status, for treatment, training the immigrants to only immigrate legally is meaningless for doctors.

No. Doctors care first and foremost about treatment. Your status in the country is of very little importance to a doctor, when your life or wellbeing, or the lives or wellbeing of those around you, is on the line. That’s what we call ‘prioritizing empathy’. It makes the world a better place.
