People do use the metro, all the time, constantly, that’s part of the problem. It was designed for a smaller population than what is currently using it, just like the streets were designed for a smaller population than currently wish to drive on them. So you increase fares and increase taxes on driving into the city…

I’m not sure what your point is. Have you ever used public transport in NY? That shit is awesome - when it’s running, which it often isn’t for repairs on the weekends. Being in a car in Manhattan is fucking terrible. So taxing the cars more to fix the public transit faster so we can all get to where we’re trying to go…

So test a sample to determine what if any the risk is with the hand built batteries. Pull a random assortment of 100 batteries and run the tests (idk what tests I’m not an engineer).
